Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Orelin covering accounts, content, plans, and acceptable use.
Last updated: September 21, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Orelin (“Orelin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a browser-based platform for creating, customizing, and exporting animated content and creative projects.
By creating an account, accessing, or using Orelin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Orelin.
1 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Orelin.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of Orelin is permitted under applicable law.
By using Orelin, you confirm that you meet the applicable eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity required to agree to these Terms.
2 Your Orelin Account
Some Orelin features require you to create an account.
When creating and maintaining an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information.
- Keep your account information up to date.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Not share your account credentials with others.
- Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except where that activity results directly from our failure to maintain reasonable security measures.
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or material violations of these Terms.
3 The Orelin Service
Orelin provides browser-based tools that allow users to create and customize animated content and creative projects.
Depending on your plan and the features available at the time, Orelin may allow you to:
- Browse animation templates.
- Use templates to create animated content.
- Add your own images, videos, designs, and other media.
- Customize supported template settings.
- Preview projects.
- Create animations.
- Export animations.
- Download exported files.
- Manage projects within your browser.
Features, templates, export options, resolutions, formats, aspect ratios, and plan limits may change over time.
We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, or secure Orelin.
4 Browser-Based Projects and Storage
Orelin is designed as a browser-based creative application.
Your projects, project settings, editor state, template configurations, and uploaded source media are stored locally in your browser using browser storage technologies such as IndexedDB and local storage.
Your source media and projects are not intended to be uploaded to or permanently stored on Orelin’s servers as part of the normal editing workflow.
Because your projects are stored locally in your browser:
- Your projects may not automatically appear on another device.
- Your projects may not automatically appear in another browser.
- Clearing browser or site data may permanently delete locally stored projects and media.
- Private or incognito browsing may not preserve your projects.
- Browser, device, operating-system, or storage issues may result in loss of locally stored data.
- Orelin cannot guarantee recovery of projects or media that are deleted or lost from your browser.
Orelin is not intended to function as a cloud backup service.
You are responsible for keeping backups of important source files and exported work.
5 Your Content
5.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you upload to or create using Orelin, including:
- Images
- Videos
- Designs
- Text
- Logos
- Artwork
- Animations
- Other original creative materials
Using Orelin does not transfer ownership of your original content to Orelin.
5.2 Your Responsibility
You are responsible for the content you upload, import, create, or export using Orelin.
You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and consents to use your content with Orelin.
You must not use content that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
6 Limited License to Your Content
Because Orelin is designed to process your creative content locally in your browser, Orelin does not require ownership of your uploaded media in order for you to use the editor.
You grant Orelin only the limited rights reasonably necessary to:
- Provide features you explicitly request.
- Operate and maintain the service.
- Provide customer support.
- Maintain security.
- Prevent fraud and abuse.
- Comply with applicable law.
We do not claim ownership of your creative work.
We do not sell your uploaded source media.

Where your plan includes commercial usage rights, you may use eligible exported animations in personal or commercial projects subject to these Terms.
You remain responsible for ensuring that any third-party content included in an export is properly licensed for your intended use.
This may include:
- Images

- Export resolution.
- Export limits.

Orelin uses Stripe to process payments and subscriptions.
When you purchase a paid Orelin plan, payment processing is handled through Stripe or Stripe-supported payment infrastructure.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information required to complete your purchase.
Depending on the plan you select, your subscription may automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
If your plan automatically renews, the applicable renewal frequency and price will be presented during checkout.
You are responsible for reviewing the pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, and applicable taxes before completing a purchase.
Stripe may separately process payment, billing, authentication, fraud-prevention, and transaction-related information under Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy.
If a payment fails, expires, is reversed, or cannot otherwise be completed, we may restrict or suspend access to paid features until the payment issue is resolved.

This does not transfer ownership of your underlying creative work to Orelin.
15 Service Availability
We work to keep Orelin available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that:

- Email delivery.
- Analytics.
- Security.
- Hosting and infrastructure.
- Fraud prevention.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Your use of a third-party service may therefore also be subject to that provider’s terms.
Orelin is not responsible for independent third-party services that are outside our control.
18 Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ORELIN IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET EVERY USER'S REQUIREMENTS, OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, OR BE COMPLETELY ERROR-FREE.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY PARTICULAR EXPORT QUALITY, FORMAT, PERFORMANCE, OR COMPATIBILITY WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ORELIN AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
THIS MAY INCLUDE, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, DATA, OR CONTENT.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY WHERE SUCH LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

- Your use creates a significant risk to Orelin or other users.
- We are required to do so by law.

21 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to Orelin, our services, technology, business practices, or legal requirements.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
Your continued use of Orelin after revised Terms become effective means that you acknowledge the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
